How I Prep Over-60s for Photoshoots

It’s not about age. It’s about effort.

Forget filters and fairy dust — getting shoot-ready at any age takes structure, discipline, and brutal honesty. I’ve coached plenty of over-60s, including Pearl, and the results come down to three things: consistent training, accountable nutrition, and clear goals.

Photoshoot prep isn’t about crash diets or last-minute cardio marathons. It’s a calculated process. We train for strength, preserve muscle, and dial in food with precision. You’ll lift weights, track macros, and show up even on days when you don’t feel like it.

There’s no sugar-coating here — if you want to look the part, you have to live the part. My job is to keep you on track, push when needed, and pull back when necessary. Age might slow your recovery, but it doesn’t limit your potential. Train hard. Eat smart. Show up. The camera doesn’t lie, and neither do I.

So if you’re over 60 and thinking a photoshoot’s “not for people like you” — think again. You don’t need perfect genetics or a fitness background. You need structure, honesty, and a coach who won’t let you coast. I’ll get you ready, but only if you’re ready to do the work. No shortcuts. No fluff. Just real results — earned the old school way.
